The names "The Labour Prefect", "Diagonal", "Workforce Fragility Index", "Agency Debt Cycle", "Manager Compensation Trap", and all other named TLP constructs are claimed trademarks (registration pending in Classes 35, 41, and 42). Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
