Book a call
Tell us the workforce decision you are least confident about.
That is the whole agenda. No preparation, no data required from you, and the call takes as long as the question needs. If published NHS data cannot speak usefully to your question, we will tell you on the call and there is no second conversation to sit through.
What happens on the call
- You describe the decision in front of you. An agency target, a rota change, a service redesign, a board assurance question.
- We say plainly whether published NHS data can speak to it, and what it would and would not show.
- If it can, we set out what a Structural Review would cover and what it would cost.
- If it cannot, we say so. That happens, and it is a shorter call.
Who this is built for
| Chief People Officer | Needs evidence a board, a regulator and a union will all accept for a workforce decision that is already contested. |
| Director of Workforce | Has an agency reduction target and no independent view of how often comparable changes held in the observed period. |
| Chief Finance Officer | Wants the associated absence quantified beside the saving, not buried in a different budget line. |
| Chief Operating Officer | Rota and establishment decisions are being made in separate places with no shared structural logic. |
| Integrated Care Board | Needs one consistent view across providers who each report differently. |
| Independent and private providers | The standard Structural Review is a published-data-only first engagement and requires no client-held employee data. |
